Hi, my friend was having problems with her labtop and she gave it to me to fix for her.
the computer was suppose to come with vista, but when I had been given the computer it was already reformated to windows xp. nothing was working even the right click wouldnt function propery so this computer was a mess.
Now I upgraded it to windows 7 ultimate and everything is working flawlessly except the dvd drive.
when putting cd's into the dvd drive, they work perfectly, and I have tried numerous dvd's so its definantly the drive that is having problems.
the dvd drive model is tsscorp model ts-l463a
does anyone have the proper driver and firmware, or can guide me on what to do from here.
