Drop Down Boxes not working
I am having problems with using a drop down box in two places on my computer. I cannot get the drop down box to work when I choose Start and Shut down. It gives me the dialog box and shows “Switch User” as the option. When I click the arrow down and try to choose any of the other options, it immediately goes back to “Switch User” and won’t allow me to choose any of the other options. Same thing in Outlook Express -- when I try to choose “Show all Messages.” The option showing is “Hide Read Messages” and when I click the arrow down and try to choose another option, it immediately goes back to “Hide Read Messages.” This is a huge problem in that I cannot see any of my messages once I have read them and I can’t change that setting (does the same thing if I use ‘view/current view.’) I’ve tried drop down boxes in other programs Word and IE 8 and have no problems there.
