Windows Vista Basic is the operating system........
When I start up the computer the first thing that shows is a black screen....DELL letters in white.....Inspirion below that....progress bar below that that "progresses" about half way and then locks up....no error messages associated......no way to navigate away from this page (F2, F12, F8).....A couple months ago I replaced a bad hard drive....everything was great again for about a month and then this......any suggestions please???
