Hi, my sister have a Sony Cybershot T700 and is trying to transfer the photo's that she has taken to her computer which is running Windows Vista, however, every time she connects the camera to the computer via USB the computer comes with a message saying "USB-Device not recognised".
The Device Manager list the device as "Unknown Device"
Does anyone know how to make it work?
