Re: cannot use itunes

Try using Revo Uninstaller to uninstall iTunes, then install the latest version.

Re: cannot use itunes

To uninstall iTunes, as Jack said, run the Revo Uninstaller. Also uninstall Quick Time, Bonjour, iPod updater and any other Apple software in the Add Remove Programs then restart your computer. Then download the latest version of iTunes.

Check out windows installer cleanup.

Can't find windows installer cleanup utility to download - Microsoft Answers

The problem can come from failed, yet un-clean previous install attempts.

Why would you pay 199.99 for a free version of iTunes?
Try these suggestions: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
