Is it possible to run Windows Backup, and put the files on a smartphone? I have a Motorola Droid, and I am simply curious if it is possible.

You might be able to store files on the Droid (I don't know how). I believe it has a MicroSD card, so that can be written to by a computer.
It also depends on the size of the files. A complete backup of Win7 will take about 15gB
