ASUS N55F stuttering video/audio

Hi

My laptop ASUS N55F stutters every once in a while while playing games or listening to music, or both.

Both video and audio stutter at the same time, the best way I can describe it, it sounds like the load for the laptop is too much and it can't try so hard.
However, the specs of the computer are enough to handle the load, since FPS in games doesn't drop. Everything is fine except this stutter. How do I go about solving this problem?

They are all updated.

I also tried installing different versions of audio and video drivers, but nothing's changed.

I checked the load on the computer with task manager during the stuttering and not RAM, nor the cores were at full load.

Also for instance I played Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, it worked fine for about half a minute, then the stuttering started. I minimized it and browsed the internet for a while, came back into the game and it played fine like it used to for about half a minute then the stuttering started again. The same happens with League of Legends. The first 30 seconds of playing are fine, then it goes to hell. I don't know much about the inner workings of it all, but it feels like there is a buffer that is too small and after half a minute it fills up, and from that point on the computer struggles.

Lowering all the settings in the games to lowest doesn't affect the stuttering at all.

I removed the driver leftovers with Driver Sweeper. Then reinstalled. Same result.

I did some browsing and discovered that I might have a problem with DPC latency that might cause my stuttering and cracks and pops. So I downloaded LatencyMon and this is what it says:

I hope someone can read something from this, cause I have no idea what I'm doing.
