Hi, I'm having a problem port forwarding.

It seems as though there could be some type of residual program blocking all my computer's ports. I've uninstalled all forms of AntiVirus that I could make out but I still don't have access to any ports.

I've also bypassed the router completely and still all my ports are closed. You would think this would be good for security but I need to get a couple of ports open for games and such.

I can post an AutoRuns if anyone can explain how to. I can also post a Hijackthis if needed.
