downloaded the newest upgrades and shortly thereafter windows stopped running.it loads fine but when i try to click on anything the machine freezes, and i have to do a hard boot(unplug it), then run it in safe mode(which I am in now).
I ran all the troubleshooting apps there are in the help areas.
I did receive a notice that the windows upgrade down loader might be corrupted.It will nor run in safe mode.
I have saved all the logs.ran all the usual chk dsk apps and malwarebytes with no problems. I use nod32 antivirus, and cc cleaner once a week.
any help or suggestions would be appreciated
