Acer AM3100 Win 7/Vista

I went to win 7 when microsoft released the beta. Before that i made backups from Acer E Recovery. When you boot up you can press alt>f10 to start the recovery discs. But for some reason it wont work now. I wanna go back to vista. Any ideas how i can get it back?

Only time will tell. But im pretty sure i resolved the problem myself. I labeled the discs.
"PC" "Model" "Date" and in numerical order.

Hit f12 and pick cd rom and hit enter with the "number One backup disc" in and proceed from there.
