I put my cable wire from a three way splitter which is connected to my cable box and my tv without cable box ( bothe work but computer doesnt)
I scan for channel on my tv tuner card cant pick up my time warner cable queens and only pick up 6 channels then find 254channel which there is a lock on it and when unlock no service.
What can i do to make this work if the tv tuner card is ditiagl and antolag
