Computer will not turn on

I'm not dumb the cord is plugged. I here the fan running but my power light doesn't turn on and nothing is getting to my monitor what is wrong with it. I know it has nothing to do win my monitor cause have hooked up another computer to it and it's fine was thinking might be the power button but any idears would be helpful

Computer turn off
