I am tring to connect an Intuos2 graphics tablet to my Dell-Vista machine. The Intuos requires a USB-to-serial adapter to connect to Vista machines. I first installed the usb-to-serial adapter and the driver was downloaded and installed. The problem is that when I attach the Intuos2 to the adapter, the Intuos is not recognized, the USB port thinks that the connected device is the adapter and does not look for or install the Intuos. How do I undo this faulty association.
Thanks,
Jim
