NEED:

Free download driver for hp multimedia keyboard model 5181 win xp 32 bit

This is what it is and looks like:

I see it has a PS/2 plug, which could mean it's a very old model, older even than Windows XP. It's possible that HP ceased to support it when Windows XP was launched. In a nutshell, it's not compatible except as a normal keyboard.

The drivers I find for this keyboard are supported by windows 2000 only. But im sure there is a driver out there.

Well, that explains it then! I got this from a relative and thought it was only 5 yrs old-guess not!

So, no way to deal with lack of responsiveness then- :((
