FAQ Drop Sheet

works in IT,company is moving to new locations
i need to create a FAQ Desktop Drop Sheet to leave at user's desk to let them know IT is around to help.
if any one has idea what are the questions i should put in FAQ sheet please let me know, it would be greatly appriciate.

First and foremost you'll want to explain how to login in to the computers. At my new job it's hellish logging into our network so making it clear and simple is VITAL. Configuring email is obviously the second thing you'll want to cover. Next you'll want to explain how to map any network drives or shares. Same for printers. Afterward just go over some of the most important IT policies (no installing unapproved software, etc.)
