suggest a replacement hard disk?

Hi

I have a PC with 2 Samsung HD321KJ sata 320Gb, 7200rpm,16M disks

I suspect one is failing and would like to replace it.

Can anyone suggest a replacement (if possible with a larger capacity)?

thanks

Re: suggest a replacement hard disk?

Great, thanks

I also have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that is 2 months out of warranty and the drive in that has failed too. Any chance you know a decent replacement hard disk for a Toshiba MK5065GSX hdd2H82 500Gb ?

Many thanks for your assistance

Re: suggest a replacement hard disk?

In any case prices have Sky Rocketted on HDD's because the Seagate and Western Digital factories have BOTH been shut down due to the floods. So whatever you buy it's going to be expensive for a while. If possible, I'd get one from ebay, on the cheap to tide you over until the prices come back down, which will probably take up to 6 months to a year.
