Hello! I've HP Desk Pavillion Desktop computer Model M9250f.
When I do Diagnostic test, it comes up with the Error code: BIOHD-1.
It means it is asking me to check the Harnesses. All the plug are Okay. I contacted the HP Tech support and He says I need new Hard Drive.

I have 2 internal Samsung HD501LJ Hard Drive in my computer and one of them "C' Drive shows error as mentioned above. My question is can I replace the defective 500GB HD (SATA) with 1TB HD (SATA) or it has to be 500GB.SATA HD? And is there any special procedure to be done to replace it?

Thank you Kindly,
Cyberlearner
