Failure using VXD Loader
Hi. My DVD drive is not working and when I try to use the Dell Driver Rest tool to resolve the issue it brings up this...

Failure using VXD Loader.

The problem occured earlier when my virus programme detected spyware. I ran MalwareBytes and it removed the threats but left me with NO DVD Drive

I have tried downloading the driver from the Dell support website, but it still as not fixed the issue.
Please HELP!!!
