I'm facing the following Error code 2000-0146 while running Diagnostics from Boot Options by pressing F12. What does that Error code mentioning, Should i have to replace my hard disk or i solve this by troubleshooting.

My System

Short test failure indicates there is a problem with the hard drive.

You can run the diagnostics from the hard drive manufacturer for a thorough test.

Hard Drive Utilities

I would recommend that you make a backup of your data and replace the drive.
