Hey, I'm currently having issues with my PC. And i'm getting the above error. I was hoping you could give me a hand. (Also wondering if a re-format would help)

Things i've tried:
Memtest - All Green.
Fixmbr - Successfully completed (Not fixed.)
Fixboot - Successfully completed (Not fixed.)
Chkdsk /f /x /r -All green
Windows start-up Repair (From USB)
Bios does pick the drive up.
(Odd thing to note) Sometimes when i boot to the Windows 10 USB (W/ Boot menu) The computer will boot normally... Right now i'm using the PC with no issues, until it restarts ofc.
