I have a 1949 Allis WD tractor. I had the head cylinder redone and put it back together, setting the valves. I tried starting it, but it didn't fire so I checked to see if the spark plugs were getting any spark and they were, so I tried putting a little gas in each cylinder and they still did not fire. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I'm at a loss how to solve this.
Thanks!
Make sure it has compression, if it ran before there isn't too much else that won't make it pop off now, providing of course the plug wires are on the correct plugs and the spark a fat blue.
