[SOLVED] What's the difference between a SL7PK pentium 4 2.80 and aSL7E2 pentium 4 2.

I'm looking to upgrade from a ceappy 2.4 and found these two at a nice price but I don't know which one I need they are both 533 mhz FBS which is max my board can handle so is there any difference or will either one work?Here's a everest report on my mobo

One is just a later stepping version is the only difference.

SL7E2 (Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz)
SL7PK (Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz)
