My laptop doesn't want to load OS and its keyboard to enter BIOS doesn't work.So ,is this a sign of failing motherboard or something else?

Hi galaticaman,

The problem could be something else but it could also be the motherboard. What brand/model of laptop do you have? When was the last time the computer worked successfully for you? Can you at least boot your computer into "Safe Mode"?
