my computer fails to open up windows or anyhting else for that matter.
the only way i can get it run is to disconnect all peripherals, switch of the power and then start with just the monitor connected. i then reconnect the periphs and perform a restart and everthing works just fine until i turn off and then i have to go through the proceedure again.
i am unsure if this is a hard or software problem. i need help before i throw the whole lot in the dustbin.
