Using LTO tapes in Windows

Hello all -

We have an HP Ultirum 3000 LTO-5 external tape drive that up to this point I've used exclusively with Linux and I've become pretty familiar with the tpae commands in that side of the world; recently we've had a need to connect this box to a Windows Server box (Server 2008 R2). I connected the unit, installed the drivers everything looks great.......but now what?

Part of me almost expected the tapes to show up in Windows like a media that I could drag and drop off of, I understand that isn't the case unless you format the tapes a certain way. Are there a set of commands similar to what I have used on the Linux side, I've been looking beeen haven't found them yet.

We have a set of tapes with data on them that I need to pull off on the Windows side.

Thanks in advance!

Ryan
