New Refurbished Computer Help

just got this refurbished computer from blair technology group (off of ebay) i was going to try to call them but their phone lines are closed till tommorow.

Here is my question (and i am not sure if this even belongs in this forum section). My new refurbished computer cannot get internet. i got the drivers for the computer model off of dell and everything but the internet connection status stays at: Acquiring network address. According to me, there is some network problem in your system, better if you get it done with Dell.
