Who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
ISP -SBB Serbia

What type of Broadband connection are you using?
Cable

What is the exact Make and Model of your Modem, Router or Modem/Router Combo?
EPC3928S Modem 50/3 Mbps

The problem with my internet is that i am getting random reconnects, choke and packet loss. This is mostly noticeable while gaming and also occurs while loading videos and what not, in general its so bad. You are maybe wondering how my wired internet is set up, well this is how it goes. I have two computers in the apartment one of which is connected directly from the ISP's modem to the computer(this one) and the other one is ISP modem>TP-Link router>Computer because the wifi range.

The problem maybe lies that both of these cables from modem are about 25m long because the apartment is duplex and we are on the second floor. I checked if the cable was bad/cut anywhere and i didn't see anything after looking closely for a long time, i checked/reconnected cables many times to ensure it was properly plugged and it was.

What can i do from here? And if you need more information please ask.

Your listed dns servers don't appear to be dns servers though your tracert did resolve the name yahoo.com.

As you can see below I tested looking up google.com using the first and 2nd dns entries and they failed. Ip address is pingable which means there is a server there but not a dns server.

I am suggestion you use different dns servers like those listed in the last link I provided. See if that doesn't make a difference. Do this at the router and workstation level [some routers don't let you configure dns for its dhcp server but takes them from the dns servers listed on the wan page]

I've changed preferred and alternate dns server. The results are basically the same, before i had more frequent lag but now its going good, good then crazy lag spike and it goes back to normal for a longer period than before. Honestly none of these feel good :/.

Saw the lag while browsing the internet, it felt like dial up connecting. Also one more thing, when i am typing most of the times the letters i type lag behind compared to the actual button presses. What can that be? Here is the yahoo report:

I was looking for everything and the last thing that randomly came up was checking network map! I am really confused as to what kind of map is this.
As i said before the setup with 2 PC's is:
1st(this one) ISP modem>cable>PC
2nd ISP modem>cable>router(wifi enabled)>PC

Now when looking at the network map with this setup running its:

PC1 > Switch > Gateway > Internet
_______^______
PC2 > TL-WR741n

EDIT: Btw how am i(PC1) even connected with the TL-WR741n router on this map? I am directly connected to the ISP modem from my PC.

When the 2nd PC is connected like the first one(without router) the map is:
PC1
> switch > gateway > internet
PC2

When PC2 is disconnected its PC1 > Gateway > Internet
On router site DHCP is enabled. Does this seem normal guys? I don't get why the "switch" is there.. it doesn't give any information when hovering over it while all the other things do.

Should i maybe do a different setup, and how should i do it? Quick answer is appreciated since i plan on going to ISP support service tomorrow early like 6hrs from now.
