Are there any other wireless connections to the router? Have you turned off power on the router for 30 seconds to reset it? Can you connect to the router using a wired connection?

To post a screen shot of the active window, hold the Alt key and press the PrtScn key. Open the Windows PAINT application and Paste the screen shot.
