I have a Cisco Linksys Router WRT160N V2 and the router stopped seeing my modem. I have a Westell modem and I have tried to reset by powering down the router as well as the modem. I have also tried the rest button on the back of the router. I can connect to the internet via the modem by hard wiring and my computer can see the router but there isn't any connection from router to modem. The only thing I get is local only. Can someone please help.

I changed my router settings to 192.168.2.1 and now it works. I looked at another posting and did what John had said. Thank you.
