I am using a mac and have installed the vidalia tor bundle and it all seems to be working well (i also installed the torbutton in firefox) but when I open firefox and enable the torbutton a page saying
"The proxy server is refusing connection..Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections" would come up
My network proxy settings on firefox are the following-
manual proxy configuration
HTTP- 127.0.0.1 Port 8118 (i ticked on use this proxy server for all protocols)
Can anyone using firefox with tor please advise me on what to put in my settings and tell me what the problem is? Thank you very much
