Turkish ban... still working abroad

Hi, I'm running out of ideas... I cleared cache everywhere I could think of, even uninstalled firefox entirely and reinstalled. Still nothing.

I spent 6 months in Turkey, came back to Canada a month ago and still I get the 'site block' from the Turkish government. In both Firefox (my usual browser) and IE.

Really, you don't know how many times you might be using YouTube per day until you lose it completely!

I'm not even sure this is the right place to post, I'm wondering if it might be a host files thing or the fact I installed XP SP3 while I was there.

Any ideas? Anyone?

Well yes I know. YouTube was indeed blocked in Turkey while I was there, still is, amongst other websites too (mostly pron).

My question is 'why the heck can't I access this thing now, back in Canada? And how do I get rid of it?'

I've been to several countries that had some sort of censorship but never had any problem after leaving, so this is a first for me.
