[SOLVED] transfer saved passwords

I have a computer that I want to do a clean restore from my recovery partition. I know I would have to uninstall a ton of programs and printer and so on, but what I don't want to have to do is try to remember all the web passwords I have because I doubt I can remember them all.

Can I create a backup for my passwords like I can for my bookmarks so that I can simply restore it to Mozilla if I clean install?

Also, I vaguely remember a program (possibly a mozilla add-on) some time ago that stores your passwords online somewhere......any ideas regarding which program is safe and reliable for Mozilla?

Re: transfer saved passwords

You can use MozBackup or FEBE to backup and restore your Firefox passwords, bookmarks, profiles, etc. Both are safe and reliable.

Re: [SOLVED] transfer saved passwords

none of those programs were found when I searched the add-ons in Mozilla----

Any other similar add-ons?
