It looks like a streaming flash video. Play the full video all the way through, then look in your internet cache folder for the file.

If it's not there, try contacting the website's admin to see if you can get a copy.

 

In IE browser, you can find the temporary file by clicking tools>internet options>browsing history> settings>view files and usually the video file is the largest one in size.
