OS: Windows Vista

I have connection to the internet (I know this because I'm able to sign into MSN and chat with others), but my firefox browser won't even open when I click on it. My IE browser, on the other hand, is able to pop up but is unable to connect to any websites.

I've tried restoring my laptop to a previous state, as well as scanned my laptop with malwarebytes and spybot and deleted all possible malicious cookies. But this has not helped :(

By the way, my OS is Windows Vista.

Any suggestions or tips please?

I think you should uninstall Mozilla and then reinstall it. I hope it will work.

Bringing back the old Firefox theme (somewhat)
So I went and upgraded to Firefox 4... and immediately wanted to change back to the old familiar theme. I was actually using the FF2 theme for FF3, but unfortunately that's not compatible with Firefox 4. So I had to settle for another theme add-on called Firefox 3 Theme for Firefox 4...
