Couldn't really find an appropriate category, hope someone can help me. I know nothing about computers but I'll do my best to explain...I am using xp pro sp2. I normally use firefox but have the same problem with ie8 and chrome. All websites load except for facebook, which appears to be in safe mode. No graghics at all and all text is on the left of the screen. I can log in but all fb pages load in the same way. I have deleted cookies and cache (whatever that is) and finally got so frustrated that I re-installed xp pro. Facebook is still loading in "safe mode" This is my teen daughter's computer, so I have no idea if she may have gotten into something she shouldn't have, but she is driving me nuts, teens can't go long without facebook. If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it, but please keep in mind I don't know much about computers and will need detailed instructions. Also, there are 3 user accounts and facebook loads the same way on all of them. There are no parental controls either.
