Ditto. Nothing better than the built in one. Besides all the things you can do directly in Favorites, you have a Password Manager and other options in: aboutreferences#advanced
there is really no best bookmark manager. it depends upon what you need one for. Personally I use xmarks since I use more than one browser and many computers and devices. My bookmarks are always available.
