Opera Browser 64-bit Install?

Is anyone else having problems installing Opera 42 64-bit?

I have other 64-bit software installed just fine.

Ref: Opera 42 Stable with Currency Converter - gHacks Tech News

(find: Network Installer for 64-bit Opera with upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit during installation.)

Is there a way to force the installer to install 64-bit?

I tried this: uninstalled Opera, removed user profile, ran ccleaner registry clean, reinstalled Opera using link.

No dice, the installer still installs a 32-bit binary to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera"...

Has anyone successfully installed Opera 64-bit on Windows 10?

Yes I have on multiple computers, and don't use the registry cleaner in Ccleaner, only the Cleaner and then sparingly. Yes it shows X86, but it's the correct app for X64.

You're over-thinking this. You have the correct version X64 even though the report shows 32 bit. If it works, don't worry about it. The minor updates are almost daily. Not to confuse you further, but in some reports Opera 42 shows up as Safari. Don't ask.
