How to remove DNS unlocker from chrome?

I'm pretty sure I successfully removed DNS unlocker from my PC itself, but it still infects chrome and every guide I've seen has told me to remove it from my extensions list, but it isn't in my extensions list. Any help on how to fix my problem?

ok I fixed it by fully resetting browser
