CRDOWNLOAD file!!!!!ouCH!!!

I use google chrome browser and i download an online game called superster online and its memory is 1.2 Gig.
I download it in the chrome and I waited about 2 hrs in it ..
After that I actually observed that my download is exactly finished and the download is Keep on running it,I expect that it would be finished but when i open my download .the file is not located and the file is here:SSfullInstaller.rar.CRDOWNLOAD.file
I search in the internet about that file and i cannot find the exact solution of it>
So PLss can you help in it
In short MY PROBLEM is CRDOWNLOAD file..
what should be the solution..
Plsss Help!!!!!

".CRDOWNLOAD.file" is added to files that are in the process of being downloaded. Once the download is complete, the ".CRDOWNLOAD.file" part of the filename is removed.

It sounds like your download is corrupt or was interrupted, leaving you with an incomplete file.

Please post a link to the website that you downloaded the game from.

That Superster online there in that site.It is a big file and I don't want to download it again.
Plss Help because i really want to play this game

The download button for Superstar Online takes you to a page where you have to click a link for an FTP download. I clicked it and kept getting timeout messages, so it doesn't seem to be very reliable, or it could be that it's only available to users in the Philippines and I'm in the UK.

The file is called ssfullinstaller.exe. Open Windows Explorer, right-click the file you downloaded and select Rename. Remove the .CRDOWNLOAD.file extension from the end of the filename and then try running it. If it doesn't run and gives an error message, you'll have to download it again or contact their support line: https://account.e-games.com.ph/Conte...ent/Login.aspx

I lose hope iN that CRDOwnload File So now I downloaded it in the mozilla firefox and i waited 1hrs and 30 mins then The File is Working And It fix the problem....
But after it finish downloaded i click the installer in it and A NEW PROBLEM has occuried IT SAID THAT "WINDOWS INSTALLER"."This installation package could not be opened.Verify the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer Package".
That IS written when i clicked Install.I DonT know how Will I fix It ...
PLss HElp I REally2x liked this gamE!!!!!

If it's a browser-based game, do you have the latest Java installed?

Is your XP updated to SP3?

i sometimes get that problem when downloading in chrome. i've found that you need to make sure it says all files in the download window before you hit save. normally i have my laptop set to automatically save files to my download file, but some files give me that crdownload and the only thing i could do was delete that file and re-download manually as all files. i don't know if this would work for you.
