So i have this problem for a long time but i never really did anything about it until today. When i watch a video on youtube with chrome 720p 60fps my CPU usage goes up to 98% and then after 4-5 seconds it drops to like 60-70% but the video is not smooth and there are some video spikes so its really annoying.Tried microsoft edge on the same video 720p 60fps and the CPU usage went max 17% then i saw it on 1080p 60fps and max was 25%.So obviously there is something wrong with chrome.I checked the tool section on chrome and the task manager showed that the only thing using CPU was the video so at this point i dont really know what to do.

I have tried many solutions but none of them worked. These are the sollutions i tried.

My pc is formated so unistall and install chrome wont work.
Disable "Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly"
Disable "Use hardware accerelation when available"
Tweaked some settings on chrome://flags
Disable/Deleted all plug-ins i had.

So i would appriciate if any of you guys have an tips cause i really want to stay on chrome.I dont want to swap on mozilla or Edge. Thanks in advanced!

Abnormally High CPU Usage
First off, the computer specs don't seem to be relevant for this specific issue but I'll post them anyways. Processor: Pentium D945 3.2ghz dual-core Ram: 2gb Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GT220 Yes, I know - nowadays that isn't much and it's worth upgrading anyways but that's not the point. ...
