Yesterday, I accidentally downloaded "Surf Canyon Desktop" and now I can't get rid of it. How do I get rid of it?

I also accidentally downloaded something called CWA Reminder by We-Care.com and I can't get rid of that either. It says I need to buy the product key to erase it.

How have you attempted to uninstall these applications? Have you gone through Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program

Yes and Surf Canyon Desktop is not there. The other one I need a valid product key to delete it.
