For the last week or so I've been bombarded by pop-ups on my PC. I have no idea where they are coming from but I would sure like to stop them. I have set my PC to block pop-ups but this has failed. I also loaded Super Ad Blocker 4.6 but I'm still getting pop-ups. The most persistent pop-up has been the new Travian browser game along with a few others like freeindexsearch.com, travelsiteindex.com and smsbargain.net. I recently upgraded to IE7, could this be the problem source?
Any ideas out there?

Do you have a AV that may have detected anything?

Do you have teenagers who use the computer? Last year my daughter got the computer full of viruses from a couple seemingly innocent websites. I ran several scans with several programs and Yahoo antispyware found the culprit. The infections seemed to have come from ads on myspace.com and postopia.com.
