Application won't connect
I use a market trading application called Sierra Charts. Recently I started having trouble getting it to connect. I'm not sure why, I thought possibly it was due to some new firewalls that I was trying. I removed those firewalls and even found and removed remaining registry keys. It didn't help, the app just stalls out.
Here's the strange part. If I download and reinstall the entire application, it connects just fine, but only for that session. As soon as I close it, I cannot connect again. The only thing I can do is reinstall.
I have tried granting specific access to the app by port number and IP address. Nothing has worked so far.
