HP Laserjet 4100TN - Jetdirect not detected
Hello,
I have a problem with a printer, HP Laserjet 4100 TN.
It gave me error 82.1080 EIO2 error.
I removed the jetdirect card and reseated it and the error was gone, the card was also not detected anymore. Even if I plug it into the second jetdirect card bay, the configuration page keeps saying EIO #: empty.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a HW failure of the jetdirect card or of the printer?
The weird thing is, when I connect an ethernet cable to it, both LEDs are on...
