HP c3180 -error light/cartridge tray doesn't move
Just got off phone with "John" from HP -he'll only help if I buy a warranty.
Anybody know why the error lights for Check Paper and Check Print Cartridge are blinking; while at the same time the cartridge tray will not move to the right when the access panel (to change cartridges) is opened.
Any help would be really appreciated
