Hi and Welcome to TSF!

We are going to need more infomation than that. Can you boot into safe mode? Does it make it to the Windows Logo? Does that happen every time? Does it stay solid white?

Hi and Welcome to TSF!

If the laptop is under a year old call Asus for warranty support.

Otherwise it sounds like the monitor has failed.
