I have a Toshiba Satellite L300.

I have been encountering some issues with shut down procedures and other small irritating bugs.
I also wanted to free up some space.

So i Decided to call Toshiba Support and they told me to use the Toshiba Recovery Disc creater to create the two dvd's needed.

I created the dvds and following their support personnells instructions i started the format. When the Toshiba Recovery Wizard loads it says it's initiallizing partitions.

It then asks for the discs. The discs are read without a problem.

Issue is that after the two discs are read. It asks for another disc even though there is no such disc.

When I called back the support personell said to leave the wizard. So I did. Went to work came back and it was still asking for the disc.

Please help. As of now i have no computer!!!!!

Does it specifically ask for Disk 3 or Insert Next Disk? Try putting CD1 back in.
