What is the rest of the model number? (ex: Satellite L655-S5071)

What happens when you try to install the Camera driver/software?

Toshiba Support - Homepage

Download the driver/software from the Toshiba support site.

Laptop now away to PC World workshop. I did a diagnostic test yesterday, and the hard drive disk failed it! So apart from the webcam, there are other problems, but it's under warranty. The latest drivers for the camera were downloaded from the Toshiba website, no problems. But this made no difference. So I'm back on my very slow 8 year old advent laptop for the moment, Thanks for your reply
