Lately there was some internet connection problems with my laptop. That's been resolved after much efforts by the technician. Since then, the colors in the screen seem a bit darker than before. I can't find any buttons on the laptop for brightness or to make it lighter. Any suggestions please?

is this your laptop hp compaq nc6220 if so use fn + F10 to brighten screen on FN + F9 to decrease brightness.
