When buying a laptop I only recommend Asus, Dell or Acer. In that order. Asus would be thebest for gaming.

ok I've narrowed it down to 3 now :D (see below) now here is where its gets confusing for me

#1 only has a 1.4GHz cpu but has Intel HD 4000 for graphics.

#2 has a massive 2.53GHz cpu but Intel HD Graphics for graphics. I'm sure the 4000 on the end makes a difference i just dont know how

#3 has a 2.2ghz and has Intel HD Graphics 3000

with laptop gaming what is needed more? faster cpu better gpu? i just dont know so if you could let me know your thoughts on rhe 3 listed i truly would be grateful

thank you

seriously?
Asus...Pretty good
Dell...Ok, but I've never been a Dell fan
Acer...in my experience, total crap

In my opinion, Toshiba makes a very good laptop, but not for as low a price as the OP mentioned.

conversion from pounds to dollars, would be $400-$500.
hard to find a real "gaming" laptop for that price, however...
...just checked the system requirement, not really that high, just make sure that the laptop has a video card that can run it, seeing as it only requires a P4 processor at minimum...shouldn't be any problem.

so, yeah, of the ones recommended, I'd go with an Asus

Stay away from HP. They tend to fail in upcoming years, mainly the mobo dies.

Since your budget is low then the Toshiba would be the best bet. Just to let you know they are also known for falling apart.
